When getting your car inspected do they phone your car insurance company?

I was just wondering if in Pennsylvania when getting your car inspected do they phone your insurance company to make sure you have insurance on the vehicle or do they just look at your insurance card.

1. Here in Texas they just look at the paper, if it matches the vehicle,good to go.
