How do I know if my car insurance company is frauding my?
My car insurance company has been charging me fees, rate increases (originally I was told it would be a decrease.), and a whole other mess with the DMV. I have not had any tickets, accidents, or claims. No one has been able to satisfactorily explain to me why this is happening. How do I now if I have a case with the insurance commission/and or a small claims lawsuit?

- If your so concerned why dont you take away your business and go to another company? Why would you stay with a company you are so unhappy with?
- I HAD A INSURANCE COMPANY DO THE SAME TO ME AND I WAS DRIVING AT AGE 17 AND NEVER HAD TO USE MY INSURANCE AS FAR AS AN ACCIDENT BEING MY FAULT . I CHANGED TO ANOTHER ONE EVEN THO I WAS WITH THEM EVER SENCE I WAS 17 .. I GET IT ALOT CHEAPER NOW . TO..
- Insurance carriers do periodic rate increases when they have a large amount of payouts to compensate for. There have been numerous disasters and such that have cost the industry millions, so they need to make it up with a rise in premiums.
- All insurance company rates are approved by the state. Basically, almost every company can charge what they want. Your power is that you can use the services of another company. Your rates can increase if the book of business the carrier writes suffers large losses. Your rates are not just based on your loss history... it's also based on everyone else's claims with the company. Also, a carrier investes the premiums made in order to turn a profit. Poor investments or a weak economy can lead to an increase in rates.
- you can visit the company's official site from where you can know about the insurance procedure / rates etc. You'll want to research this some more.... http://www.knowledged.info/go.php?link=insurance Have a nice day.
