Best Cost Car Insurance

I am moving to Philly, PA and I want 2 know what is the cheapest car insurance out there?

I am 22 years old, transfer student to Eastern University I have one accident/ fender bender no injuries.

2. Cheapest insurance is liability only. This will mean that if you wreck your car and it your fault, you have to pay to fix it yourself; your liability insurance will pay the other driver for their car repairs, injuries etc. Also, if your car is stolen, it's gone and you get $0.
3. shop around, insurance cost are based on these factors. your age your driving record the kind of car you are driving where you live what the car is being used for no one can really tell you the cheapest insurance. You need to do the research yourself. I hate to tell ya like that, but its one of those things that you have to research yourself.
