1. this is impossible to determine. The cost depends largely on where you live, the year make and model of the car, wether it's a two door or 4 door, if you did drivers Ed or not.. there are too many factors. why dont you just get a quote online??? that's what the internet is for.
2. Is really depend on your age,driving experience and what kind of vehicle type you choose. Red plate and normal plate price are different. Eg: One of my friend age 22 and less than 1 yr driving experience his insurance insure about 2k plus.
3. the insurance is based on so many factors, your age, and the type of vehicle play the largest role. Sporty vehicles cost considerably more than a family vehicle, red vehicles tend to be more (at least in the sport vehicles, I don't know about every vehicle) where you live is going to play a role in the price, you'll have to call your agent, and they can get you a quote before you buy anything!
