- Try confused.com or moneysupermarket.com. I got a great deal with chruchill (just shop around until you find the best deal)
- Check out "confused.com" or "money supermarket.com" these will give you a list of insurance companys/prices etc, all you need to do is type in all your details.
- I've used moneysupermarket.com for mine, my husband, my dad and my brother and we all got good deals, Kwikfit insurance do special deals on ford cars and they are reasonable prices Me and my dad had amazing deals with the post office too.
- The cheapest companies seem to change every year. As a few people above have already said, use someone like www.confused.com or www.moneysupermarket.com. You basically put all your info into these websites and they get quotes from insurance companies for you, you then just pick the cheapest/ best quote. Be prepared to pay a lot though, I paid well over £1000 for my first years insurance. May be worth looking into doing your 'Pass Plus' as well if they still do it, I got 1 years free no claims through Norwich Union with Pass Plus, made a hell of a difference (that was 5 years ago though). Just try a getting quote with and without pass plus, if theres a significant saving then obviously it's worth doing.
- Unfortunately there's no quick anwer to this. It all depends on your cercumstances. I.e where you live and where your car is being kept etc. Go for the lower Third party Fire and Theft to make it cheaper As others have suggested use sites like Confused.com to get quick quotes from the companies and when you ring make sure all the details are correct before agreeing to it. I have done this for years and have found alot of good companies. Word of warning if the paperwork is wrong or has a claim fee i.e £100 is usual make sure this is right. I got mine through and it said £300 which was not what they told me. They said to egnore it when I rang up. When I had an accident that year I found to my horror that it was right and I would have to pay the excess of £300. I told them but then had the work done myself rather than through them. Good luck! and happy driving
- Try Quinn direct .com they are the cheapest for uk and ireland ive just insured my 17 yo son who passed test 2 weeks ago it cost me £715 for his corsa
- Try Bell
- Try Quinn Direct. I'm 17, provisional license and own a 1.9 Peugeot. And they quoted me, with 2 other family members on the policy, £500.
- i go with sue try confused.com i swear by them and it's an easy site to get used to. they will compare all sorts off companies and find the ceapest for you. good luck and congrats on passing.
- If you are under 21 then Ensleigh tend to be one of the cheaper options, and more importantly for some, take payments in installments. A word of warning though, you do get what you pay for and we found that when we needed to use it, their customer service was not up to expectations. My daughter has now switched to Diamond and is much happier.
- Employers looking for something valuable to add to their employee benefits package may do well to consider driving lessons, with the emphasis on safe driving; not just passing the test! Learning to drive is not just about reaching the level needed to pass the driving test. It is about<!--becoming a safe, confident driver with good skills and experience. The test is actually the easy part of learning to drive. It is what comes next: driving alone without someone else's feet hovering over the dual control pedals and coming up against new experiences like motorways that are harder. http://bestcarinsurance.awardspace.com/ Statistics show new drivers are more likely to have an accident within the first two years of passing their test due to a lack of skills and experience. That is why the overall aim should never be to just-->pass a test choose a driving school that is committed to introducing your employees to as many different driving situations and conditions as possible with instructors dedicated to building confidence and making pupils aware of all types of hazards.
