best car insurance!! nyc?

hey i am over 24 living in nyc (queens) trying to buy auto insurance which is the best one...allstate, geico, the car is used but close to new..and i got my lisence not too long ago.

1. When I lived in NYC, I had Allstate first, then switched to Geico since their rates were lower and offered a more user-friendly payment plan. (Of course, I was married, over thirty and had been driving for fifteen years; my ex-wife was a new driver, but they didn't hold that against us - no premium increases or penalties were asssessed). As far as claim resolution, I don't know which is better since I didn't have any claims.

You just need to find which company offers you the lowest rate for your zip code, gender, vehicle, driving record, etc. You may want to try getting a quote online.
