Whats the best way to get car insurance for driving abroad?
I'm going to Canada soon and was thinking about buying a cheap car over there, using it for the 6 months I'm there and then selling it on. I was wondering what the best thing to do in regards to insurance is? Should i buy it over here (UK) or over there? I am currently uninsured as am not currently driving. Do you know any companies which would be able to help? Do i need anything special, a certificate or something, to be able to drive abroad? Thanks
