1. well if you get the birth certificate you don't have to pay for insurance for your car but you have to ask for it when you buy a car and the gov't can't ask you for $$$ on your car!!!!!! hope that i helped ^^
2. i use state farm.. i pay less then 400 a year with full coverage on a 06 expadition... lot depends on your age and driving record.. if its not good.. dont mater where u go.. all about the same
