What newer-model SUV will give me low insurance quotes?
I've recently begun looking for a new-ish SUV (2005-2007). I recently found a great car, but the insurance quote from a broker was ridiculous. My driving isn't that great. So now my only option is to change the car I want for more affordable insurance. Are there specific models or brands that will yield more affordable insurance rates? Maybe due to safety ratings or reliability or something? Also, once I turn 25, how much will that affect my insurance cost (I'm 23 now)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

- At 25 you ins. should go down. Now your rates are mostly affected by safety ratings. Toyota's are the safest, according to Ins. Institute. And no 4 x 4's, that will really hike your rate.
