4. It would depend on your situation. All of them are different. The insurance company I am with offers the best rate. It is USAA and it is for military personel and their family. They make the most sense for us.

6. I am pretty happy with 1-800-Safe Auto.They have free roadside assisstance too. One thing I don't like about them is..the annoying commercials.That song is irritating,LOL!
