What is he best car insurance company?

What company is the best car insurance if ever you were to total your vehicle in a wreck or accident? The All-State Insurance commercial offers to get the policy holder a new car. Is that true? Does other insurance companys do that also?

9. Personally I believe that State Farm is the best! They have been nothing but helpful when I had two accidents and completly fair. They may be a little higher priced then some, but in the end they are the most helpful.
