Best ways on getting good car insurance? [MD]?

1998 Buick Regal Ls [4door] What are some good possible ways on getting a good car insurance price for a 17 year old. Im pretty positive that my parents won't put me on theirs or at least assist. Yet i have an 18 year old bro that might be able to help me out. any ideas?

2. 17 you are automaticly on the household policy unless excluded. parents need to add you to policy due to not eligbe to get on your own due to not of legal age to sign contracts
3. Whoever signed for you to get your license is legally resonsible for any accidents you have whether they add you to the policy or not. (for thier sake they had better). You can not insure a car on your own at 17. your brother can't help you unless he signed for your permit.
