Cheapest Car Insurance in Houston, Texas?

Okay I am 21 will be turning 22 this October, I have a 1989 Chevy Blzaer, never had any violations can you guys give me a hand here please. Thanks.

1. what I call south side insurance. get an old expired car and white out the old dates. make a copy at kinko's and retype a new date in it!
2. If you or a family member are/was in the military - USAA is a very reliable, inexpensive insurance company. You don't want to get one of the fly-by-night companies - though cheaper - they provide you with really crappy coverage.
3. My first piece of advice...DON'T BUY CHEAP. Affordable, okay, but not cheap. You will want to go with one of the big four. When you need to present a claim, you will be glad you did. Like with anything important, buy the best you can afford. Until last November, I was an auto claims adjuster (for over 13 years) in the Houston Metro area. I also just got hit by a person about one week ago who has a horrible insurance company. It is small and insurers high-risk drivers. I ended up having to file under my own policy because they were not doing right by me. Yahoo guidelines prevent me from advertising for a specific company.
