1. Umm Allsate - they have great bonuses and stuff. Plus, if you get really good grades in school, you get like 25% off. Just for doing well in school.
2. Just because it is cheap, does not mean it will be good. You can get ripped off with cheap insurance. If you have an accident or are injured you better make certain they will take care of you when you need them. Cheap coverage, means lousy customer service, or worse, no customer service. Contact a local insurance agent in your city or town and they can help you more than anyone here.
