Whats the cheapest car insurance? i had 1 accident,well it counts as 1 even thouh i wasnt in the car,someone ran into my car and took off.any way whats the best insurance and what do you pay every 6 mounths,i got 1 speeding ticket when i lived in md about a year ago,but that was a different car,does that still count against me?
