Cheapest car insurance?

Which company has the cheapest car insurance? I just bought a brand new car yesterday and I can't drive it off the lost until I have car isurance for it. Also, I wanted to add I'm a new driver with no experience, but my husband has been a driver with a good record (only one ticket out of his over ten years of driving). So a company that wouldn't be harsh on me for being a new driver would be great!
