What is a good vehicle with a low insurance rate?

I am looking for a vehicle for a 20 year old female with a clean record. I would like something that has four doors and does not cost any more than $30,000. Also, I would like something that is not a grandma car.

3. Get a 4-Door Ford Focus. Those things can zoom around town and fit into parking spaces nicely. And some start at $13,000. They have pretty good warranties too.

5. Probaby a toyota scion ts. Its a female car all right, and its inexpensive, insurence should be low on it too. My grandma drives a porche
6. Vokswagen or Audi..the new Audi A3 is under $30,000. Insurance gives u a break with Audi because they have like 8 airbags and many safety features..Im 22 with an Audi a4, got into a terrible car accident with it and survived..the cops said its cuz my car was so safe!!
