I'm trying to get a rough Idea of what teens -20's pay for car insurance. Please list what company and how mcuh you pay, (*Don't List if your on your parents insurance*). Thanks.

2. It would vary widely depending on what state and city you're in. Urban costs are higher than rural. There are also good student discounts.

I have seen drivers in this range pay $100 a month to over $600 a month, for everything from new cars to older 'beater' cars. Best thing to do is go to an insurance quote website and plug in quotes. The more quotes, the more competitive rates you will get.
4. Since you're a guy, it will be much more expensive. Your best bet is to keep it on your parents policy until you're 25. Depending on the state that you're in , you may just be obligated to pay liability if the car is paid for. If you haven't bought a car yet, consider something modest, like a 4-door-4cylinder, because 2-door cars are considered sports cars and they're always more costly when it comes to insurance.
