looking for car insurance company?
i'm not us citizen, right now i'm still using my international license drive and my green card still on process. from the country i come, there's no 'driving history'. i need to have a car. do you know what car insurance company who can cover me with that situation with reasonable price. tks

- Many companys will cover you, but I don't think you'll find a reasonable price under your circumstances. Without an established driving record, you are a bigger risk for the insurance companies. But try geico. That's my company and they seem pretty fair.
- Call Geico and explain the situation. They can issue a policy based on your affidavit.
- If you're in the US, they will all want you to switch from an international license to the state of residence within 30 days of issuing the policy. "Reasonable price" is a matter of opinion - you'll be treated like a newly licensed operator, as you have no accessable driving record to prove otherwise.
