Where is the best price for auto insurance for an 18 year old driver?

I just turned 18 last month, just got a job this week, and just got my licences... so time to look for the best auto inssurance any sugesstions.I am 18, female, live in oregon,have a 96 chevy cavalier convertable. Perferable from people who have there own insurance, and yes i have done the online quotos for the big companies. Alstate seem to be the best. Anyother sugestions though. Alsates esstimte was $166 a month so I am looking for lower.
