Best first Car costing arond the £7500 mark?

Must be below insurance group 3. it must be no older than 5 years old and must do 0-60 in under 13seconds. something like a 1.2. I dnt want an old car as if you crash well ur a gone. Something with 4 or more euro ncap stars and it MUST have AC and a good stereo lol. long list i no. Any ideas?

1. 07 plate polo? £35 a year to tax, good on fuel they have 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6, reasonable stereos mine has aircon and they look quite smart mine was £6000 ish but i traded in a 02 206 for it
2. peugeot 207 14 s 90bhp 5 ncap rating. good value.
3. A VW Polo 1.4 SE, Ins grp 4, 0-60 12.2secs, 80bhp. can pick up a good one with very low mileage for £5k, plus you have the good old VW build quality and reliability. Faily good performance and good fuel consumption.
4. surley you would be better of getting a cheaper car.
