2. No such thing. You have to find the right company, for the right person, for the right scenario in the right area. No one company is good everywhere for all situations. You have to shop around and find the best fit for your current area/situation. Even if you a have the best rates now, you may find that as you move or your life changes you may find the need to switch with your life changes.
3. you have to do an online quote, put your info in and compare for at least 5 differnt companies...
4. I would try to get a quote from both Geico and Nationwide. Those companies normally offer really good rates. Compare quotes from a few different companies to ensure that you get the cheapest rate possible.
