Low cost car insurance?

Do you know of any extremely low cost car insurance for cars? Please dont say companies like Geico, progressive, etc. i am looking for something that I have not looked at already- that maybe someone on here has experience with. i live in NJ, but that really doesnt matter when shopping for auto insurance.
