Does anybody have Progressive auto insurance?
Im thinking about getting Progressive auto insurance, I live in Massachusetts so the prices seem too good to be true. So is it a good insurance company.

- I was with that insurance company like 5 years ago. It was not a good insurance and they started me off with low rates then they started raising the prices more and more like every 6 months it was low for the first year then after that they raised them and I wasn't involved in any auto accidents either. Every time I called to ask them questions about my billing they were rude and never give an explanation and gave me the run a round. In the end I was paying almost the same price I would pay a normal insurance company so I switched to Farmers which is expensive but I have good coverage though. I heard the best insurance is USAA but it's hard to get in with them.
- I live in Oklahoma, and I have never had a problem with them. My rates are low, probably not the lowest. I've never had an accident and have not received a ticket in a few years. I have a very nice agent, that will do anything for you. It probably depends a lot on the agent or whoever you go through.
- For automobile insurance the most efficient way to get a good quote is do a rate comparison on car policies. Make sure that you choose similar policies with the same limits, car make, zip code, etc so that all things are a good comparison. What I always recommend is an internet comparison quote at http://www.lowratetoday.com since they have top name insurers and can give multiple quotes on car insurance polices.
- possess as much information as you could maybe is one of the options, however it is quite time consuming, here http://www.insuranceidea.info/free-insurance.htm is the resource i have ever had good experience.
- I suggest you locate a nearby auto insurance agent to help. Since I live in Montana I can't recommend anyone in Massachusetts, but here is an website that can help you. http://www.autoadviceonline.com/Auto-Insurance-Quote.html Hope it works out
