- Why don't you call your State Farm agent if you want a quote. Any Mustang regardless if it's a GT or not will be listed as a sports car raising the rate. Insurance will be high for any car with a teenage inexperienced driver. I just bought my son a car and my insurance tripled in cost from what it was when he was driving my car. And he got a 4 cyl VW.
- If you are under 25 years old $ 600 at month
- How old are you? Where do you live? Male or Female? Since you are looking at a mustang, I am guessing you are male and about 25-30 years old. If that's true it will be somewhere between 2500 and 3000 per year.
- You would have to call the insurance company for a quote. Being on your parents insurance plan will give you a lower payment (compared to you being on a plan of your own), you can also get discounts for having a defense driving course, drivers ed, and getting good grades in school.
- im assuming your in your teens since you have mentioned "first car" and "my dad will buy". teenagers generally expect higher insurance rates since they are inexperienced drivers, and buying a fast sports coupe will not make the rates much better. i myself am fifteen and my dad is going to keep the car and insurance in his name to keep the rates down, im getting a 2004 land rover freelander.
- I have a mustang (pony) and it was my first car and the guy that answered first is right regardless wether its a GT or a pony it still shows "sports car" .. and the insurance will definately go up. What we did is just put the insurance under my moms name. The car is insured but im not .. but hey for $80/month insurance thats a risk im willing to take.
- Go to their website and get a quick online quote. You can also go to Geico.com, Esurance.com to get their quotes online in just 5 minutes. Very simple.
- Very interesting question.advise you have a visit here http://www.AutoInsuranceIdeas.info/auto-insurance-free.htm for useful tips.
- car-insurance.66ghz.com - check this one. As I remember they have lowest car insurance rates for teens and young drivers.
