Best Cost Car Insurance

is it cheaper to get a car insurance quote with a GB drivers licence or with a EEA licence?

i have a EEA licece and my car insurance is costing me a lot especially when i drive a run down matiz almost 10 years old... its almost 70 quid a month. isnt taht a lot?

1. Generally, a UK licence works out cheaper. But the premium is individual to you and your circumstances, location, employment, driving record etc. I would sugest if you are to be in the UK for any length of time you pass the UK Theory and practical test. In most cases overseas visitors/immigrants have to pass a UK test within 1 year of entering the country anyway.
