Can anyone tell me what the average yearly car insurance price for a 21yo driver in canada? thanks I live in the uk, im 19 and have a full manual (stick shift) licance when im 21 im planning on going to a university in canada I like the way of life and everything costs alot less than in rip of britan I pay over 2000 dollars to insure a small diesel car I was just wondering what the costs would be like in canada Thanks
