Who has the cheapest car insurance rates on a Kia Rio?

I am trading in a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire for a 2005 Kia Rio and rates with progressive are coming up $450 higher every 6 months bringing the total to 1167.17/6 mo. Is there any insurance company that is lower on Kia's? Thanks.
